Thought leadership, policy development and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) for cloud computing, next generation service delivery and national online Australian and international cyber identity verification models.

Smartnet was engaged as part of a team to undertake an PIA of cloud computing and CRM solution for public sector infrastructure, providing advice on best practices for online service delivery and undertaking a privacy and security benefits analysis of social login services.  The work is ongoing and involves collaborating with multiple public sector agencies and stakeholders in a sensitive area of government services delivery for vulnerable population group.
